Eton Clarke is working with a global investment bank seeking an experienced Derivatives Solutions Salesperson to develop and execute the commercial strategy for a financing platform. Responsibilities include client tiering and acquisitions, deal origination, relationship management, and facilitating the onboarding and due diligence process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Originate and execute collateralized financing transactions across various asset classes and formats.
• Identify and address financing and liquidity needs of diverse clients.
• Market and execute securities financing opportunities including repo, TRS, loan with pledge, securities lending, notes, and derivatives.
• Mentor and educate coverage bankers and sales teams on product opportunities.
• Partner with coverage and client management teams to optimize relationships and cross-sell broader product suite.
• Contribute to strategy and business development efforts of the financing pillar.
• Collaborate with regional teams to expand presence and diversify the client base.
• Participate in enhancing the 1LOD model and reinforce commercial controls.
Qualifications:
• Superior knowledge of global markets financing competitive and regulatory landscape.
• Minimum 15 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record with strong references.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate-level degree is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (SIE, Series 7 and 63) preferred.
